- The campsite operator (hereinafter "the lessor") has the right to be paid for the price of services before they are provided, and the customer (hereinafter "the lessee") is obliged to pay the full price of the services before they are provided.
- For a valid reservation to be created, the lessee is obliged to pay a reservation fee of at least 50% of the total price of the ordered services immediately after the order is confirmed. By paying, the lessee secures a binding reservation for the requested number of days of service.
- The lessee is obliged to pay the remaining balance for the ordered services no later than 3 months before the booked date.
- If the start date of the stay is less than 3 months from the date of booking, the lessee must pay the remaining amount within 10 days of the reservation being confirmed.
- Accommodation can be booked no later than 1 day before arrival
- If the lessee wishes to start their stay within 10 days of booking, they are obliged to pay the full price of the services immediately after the order is confirmed.
- If the lessor allows it, the reservation date may be changed.
- If the lessee cancels the reservation or fails to pay the remaining part of the payment on time, any payment already made is forfeited in full to the lessor.
- A cancelled reservation is also considered to include, for example, a situation where the guest themselves voluntarily decides (for example, due to bad weather, low fish activity and similar reasons that the campsite operator cannot influence in any way) not to complete their entire stay, i.e. the originally booked number of days. In that case, compensation for cancelling part of the reservation (refund of the amount paid) is not possible.
- By submitting the reservation, the client agrees to all the terms and conditions of Almaebre campsite and undertakes to respect them.
During Easter, Christmas and the Feast of St. John's Night (Midsummer), accommodation reservations are limited to a minimum of 3 nights or more.
